Recover overcloud directory after accidental deletion

Issue

• How to recover the /var/lib/mistral/overcloud directory which was accidentally deleted on an undercloud server.

  NOTE: In this document, overcloud is the default name of the Overcloud stack. Replace with the appropriate cluster name in your environment /var/lib/mistral/< stack_name >.
