"last" command prints out multiple sections that are "still running"

Issue

• "last" command prints out still running even-though system reboots multiple time.

# last -x reboot | grep -i still
reboot   system boot  4.18.0-372.26.1. Mon Oct 24 15:52   still running
reboot   system boot  4.18.0-372.26.1. Fri Oct 21 17:25   still running
