Date format changed for "en_US" locale between RHEL8 and RHEL9

Up to RHEL8 included, printing the date was printing in 24H format
$ LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 date Sat Oct 22 09:54:56 CEST 2022 -
Since RHEL9, the date is in 12H format
$ LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 date Sat Oct 22 09:54:50 AM CEST 2022
