unzip file fails with "need PK compat"

Issue

  • Unable to unzip file
  • We are getting below error while trying to unzip file:
need PK compat. v5.1 (can do v4.6)

Archive:  <FILENAME>
   skipping: <FILENAME>. v5.1 (can do v4.6)

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, 9
  • zip file with unzip command
