Message "User '[UserImpl:'User1']' does not have permissions to execute operation 'Start' on task id 16857247"

Issue

  • After the RHPAM was configured to use elytron and file system, user is not able to perform task operations like claim, release, hold, unhold, etc.
  • Getting below error:

    2022-10-07 02:57:49,418 WARN  [org.jbpm.services.task.persistence.TaskTransactionInterceptor] (default task-10) Could not commit session: org.jbpm.services.task.exception.PermissionDeniedException: User '[UserImpl:'User1']' does not have permissions to execute operation 'Start' on task id 16857247
    
  • The user User1 is not able to claim the task when it is not added to the kie-fs-realm-users folder;

Environment

  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.12.1
  • RHPAM started with org.kie.server.bypass.auth.user set to true;
