Worker nodes fail to provision when deploying OpenShift Container Platform on Nutanix with x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
Issue
- When deploying an OpenShift cluster on Nutanix using the IPI method, the worker nodes do not deploy and a x509 certificate error is seen in the Machine API Logs
