Clair's PostgreSQL instance has 100% CPU usage
Issue
The PostgreSQL instance has been at 100% CPU usage since TRUNCATE commands were used to clean up space in a high sized table, which was not correctly garbage collected:
postgres=# TRUNCATE TABLE uo_vuln, uo_enrich, update_operation;
