My nodes are in NotReady and I can approve their CSRs, but they're not being Issued

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • I have several nodes in NotReady state awaiting CSR approval
  • When these CSRs are approved, they become "Approved", not "Approved,Issued"

    • 4.x
