OIDCOutgoingProxy doesn't work when set to https
Issue
- We are trying to set
OIDCOutgoingProxyin our mod_auth_openidc configuration to an https port on a proxy. mod_auth_openidc then sends CONNECT requests in plain http.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x
- Apache httpd
- mod_auth_openidc
- curl 7.29.0
