Issue
- Deploying OpenShift 4 cluster on AWS using existing VPC fails due to invalid machineNetwork CIDR.
Invalid value: "subnet-07a7d790586ccd1d8": subnet's CIDR range start 10.69.1x.x is outside of the specified machine networks,
