OCP 4.x SNO installer should expose an option in the UI to configure network bonding and/or static network configurations

Issue

• The OCP 4.x SNO installer should expose an option in the UI to configure network bonding and/or static network configurations
• As of now with the default SNO installer, it is not possible to configure static network configuration or network bonding from the installation UI once the physical machine is detected hence the customer has to either make use of assisted service APIs or by injecting the customer ignition configs in the SNO iso which is not supported and adds an overhead of manual efforts. The purpose of this request is to understand if there is a way to have this option available on the installation UI (console.redhat.com) page itself where the customer can configure static network and/or network bonding for redundancy.
