Issue
- The RHCOS OVA teamplate for 4.8 version shows the
osTypeasrhel7_64Guest.

- As per the documentation Requirements for a cluster with user-provisioned infrastructure the RHCOS is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 and inherits all of its hardware certifications and requirements.
