The Candlepin service fails in Red Hat Satellite 6 with error "A backend service [ Candlepin ] is unreachable" after re-enabling SELinux

Issue

• The upgrade to Red Hat Satellite version 6.11 resulted in Candlepin failing to function properly.
• Upon re-enabling SELinux on Red Hat Satellite version 6.11, Candlepin encountered issues preventing it from starting up.
• After upgrading to Red Hat Satellite to 6.11 Candlepin failed.

• After re-enabling SELinux on Red Hat Satellite 6.11 Candlepin is failing to start.
