RHACM Web console is unstable after some inactive period. And does not allow to login.
Issue

RHACM Web console keeps flickering after some time of inactivity. It is required to clear cache and run again in incognito to make it working.

After a certain amount of time on the RHACM console the screen goes to a blank page and becomes unusable and unrecoverable until a full cache/history wipe is performed on the browser. Issue occurs on multiple browsers and within private browsing / incognito mode.

Upon sitting on any page in the UI where Search is processing in the background (with refresh set to on) the UI would eventually load into a blank screen and become unrecoverable until a full cache/history wipe of the browser was performed. Within the Network Console of the browser we would only see the Search was failing to receive any response and no errors were given. At times we are seeing 401s coming out of some network calls and within the Search API.
