Jboss is returning "Not port available" when using port-offset and a jgroups configuration

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

The port-offset is not used for JGroups configurations (which is the "jgroups-tcp-fd" and "jgroups-udp-fd") and the Jboss is returning "no port available in range".
