Service without selector has a wrong endpointslice

Issue

• A service that was created with selector but its selector was removed. All the manually configured endpoints are reachable but there are intermittent connectivity problems while using cluster IP.
• iptables (on openshift-sdn) or OVN load balancers (on OVN-Kubernetes) balance to IPs that don't belong to the service.
• The situation described in "diagnostic steps" is met. Please do check the diagnostic steps because, otherwise, this solution doesn't apply
