Why the Heartbeat is not getting Updated on Automation Controller?

Issue

  • Heartbeat is not reflecting the correct time in the command awx-manage list_instances:

    controller1.example.com capacity=137 node_type=hybrid version=4.1.X heartbeat="<fixed-older-date> <fixed-time>"
controller2.example.com capacity=137 node_type=hybrid version=4.1.X heartbeat="<fixed-older-date> <fixed-time>"
controller3.example.com capacity=137 node_type=hybrid version=4.1.X heartbeat="<fixed-older-date> <fixed-time>"
