Pipeline taking more time with panic attack error in RHOCP 4
Issue
- Pipeline takes a lot of time in order to start
- Tasks created through pipeline are taking a lot of time to start
- Few projects have more Pipeline-Run history left in place than the others and logs are showing panic attack
Observed a panic: "send on closed channel" (send on closed channel)
