OpenShift Virtualization Operator installation fails due to nmstate-handler pod failure
Issue
- Installation of OpenShift Virtualization 4.9.5 fails due to nmstate-handler pod failure. This happens with clean install and upgrading from OpenShift Virtualization 4.8.4
- NMState pods is not compatible with Calico CNI provider.
- Cannot upgrade OpenShift 4.8 clusters.
- nmstate-handler POD remains in ContainerCreating status
