Why numbers are not correctly formatted to my location in application deployed in JBoss EAP?

Issue

My application deployed to JBoss EAP is not formatting the numbers correctly. It is resulting in Database errors, such as:

        ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

Numbers are incorrectly showed in my application page. Where it was supposed to show ,, it is being replaced by .. How can I solve this?
