RHACS HorizontalPodAutoscaler in SecuredCluster deployment leads to pod creation and deletion loop
Issue
- The issue is current replica count does not change even when scaling down.
- SecuredCluster instance where the autoscaling mechanism of the scanner deployment runs into issues.
- Since the installation of the SecuredCluster instance, a reinstall of it does not change anything and scanner
pods keep on restarting and the error isErrorAddingLogicalPort.
