System cannot receive multicast on one interface sent by the same system on another interface

Issue

• System cannot receive multicast on one interface sent by the same system on another interface
• Multicast traffic is not available on the local host (remote host data is available)
• We transmit multicast packets on one interfaces on all boxes and receive multicast packets on another interface. We can see all multicast traffic from broadcast by all boxes EXCEPT that traffic broadcast by the local box (the one doing the receiving on the second interface).
