"Login with OpenShift" does not work in ArgoCD

Issue

• When trying to log into ArgoCD using the "Login with OpenShift" method, the login does not work and there is no error message.
• Logging into OpenShift GitOps using "Login with OpenShift" times out.

• The openshift-gitops-dex-server Pod in the openshift-gitops namespace is showing an oidc: failed to get token: context canceled error:
