Can NetworkManager's DHCP client override the DHCP MTU Option?
Issue
- Can NetworkManager's DHCP client override the DHCP MTU Option?
- Will DHCP MTU value override ifcfg file MTU value or not ?
- Our Linux servers are in AWS cloud and by default the IPs are getting assigned from AWS DHCP server along with MTU value as "9001" we need to change this value to a lower number eg: 8000. We are going to update the MTU value in ifcfg file. Hope DHCP will not overide this value.
