OSSM: istio-ingressgateway pod not able to listen on port 8080
Issue
- istio-ingressgateway pod will not deploy and the service mesh control plane status is
PausingUpdate. - istio-ingressgateway and istiod logs report
duplicate listener 0.0.0.0:_8080 foundorError adding/updating listener(s) 0.0.0.0_8080: duplicate listener 0.0.0.0_8080 found
