Hard pruning the registry removes blobs of used images in OpenShift 4
Issue
- After performing a hard pruning, many images cannot be pulled.
- Hard pruning the registry could lead to unexpected blob deletion.
- HTTP 404 blob unknown to registry in the registry after executing a hard prune.
