Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) Operator is failing to connect to the external Database when using an IP Address

Issue

When trying to setup SSO using the RH SSO Operator with an external PostgreSQL Database on the IP Address 1.1.1.1, the Keycloak pod crashes with the following error:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The connection attempt failed.
