[RHV] URL address to change the password is not shown properly once expired
Issue
When trying to log in to RHV Portal with an expired password, the URL address to change the password is not shown properly.
Unable to log in because the password has expired. <a href='/ovirt-engine/sso/credentials-change.html'>Change the password</a> to proceed.
