I see messages stuck in the store and forward queues in my AMQ cluster without getting consumed. Why is this happening?

Issue

I see messages in the store and forward queues on one or more nodes in my AMQ cluster. They do not seem to be moving and the message count on the queue seems to be rising. Is this a bug or configuration issue?
