NMstate removes egressip in OpenShift 4 cluster with SDN plugin
Issue
- Some egressIP addresses stopped working after OpenShift virtualization operator upgrade.
- The worker node is not routing egress traffic from the router node.
- NMstate handler restart remove the egressIP from the network interface.
- EgressIP is not working when NMstate operator is present.
