Prometheus log retention policy configuration not working

Issue

• Prometheus pods not retaining logs as per the set configuration in the configmap user-workload-monitoring-config and cluster-monitoring-config available under respective namespaces openshift-user-workload-monitoring and openshift-monitoring:
