While removing /etc/rhsm/ca/* files giving error "Operation not permitted".

Issue

  • When executing the below command to remove /etc/rhsm/ca/* files get the below error.

    # mv /etc/rhsm/ca/*.pem /tmp 
mv: overwrite â/tmp/katello-default-ca.pemâ? yes 
mv: cannot remove â/etc/rhsm/ca/katello-default-ca.pemâ: Operation not permitted
mv: overwrite â/tmp/katello-server-ca.pemâ? yes 
mv: cannot remove â/etc/rhsm/ca/katello-server-ca.pemâ: Operation not permitted
mv: overwrite â/tmp/redhat-uep.pemâ? yes 
mv: cannot remove â/etc/rhsm/ca/redhat-uep.pemâ: Operation not permitted
