Having Capsule associated with some Lifecycle Environments (LEs), Organizations and Locations, used for REX jobs and/or provisioning.

The Host of the Capsule is assigned to some Location or Organization.
Would changing the Host's Location or Organization affect REX or provisioning or any other Capsule's functionality?
