Jenkins builds are failing with token expired error

Issue

• Jenkins pod logs show errors such as the following:

2022-07-15 03:30:28.306+0000 [id=38]    SEVERE  i.f.j.o.BuildConfigWatcher$1#doRun: Failed to load BuildConfigs: io.fabric8.kubernetes.client.KubernetesClientException: Failure executing: GET at: https://kubernetes.default/oapi/v1/namespaces/jenkins/buildconfigs. Message: Unauthorized! Token may have expired! Please log-in again. Unauthorized.

• Builds that are run using OpenShift Web Console will either not start at all or always fail at the same stage.
