Why restoring virtual machine snapshot is failing with error "admission webhook "datavolume-validate.cdi.kubevirt.io" denied the request: Source PVC namespace/pvc not found

Issue

• While restoring the VM from the snapshot, it is failing with the error below:

Error creating DataVolume restore-26026078-f3a9-4884-902b-afc50332c75c-rhel8-vm: admission webhook "datavolume-validate.cdi.kubevirt.io" denied the request:  Source PVC my-vm-ns/rhel8-vm not found

• This VM was cloned and the source VM was deleted from the cluster. The PVC rhel8-vm belongs to the source VM which was deleted.
