Failed to install AMQ Broker operator via command line

Issue

1. Based on instructions provided at [1], Openshift failed to pull the AMQ7 operator

2. Here are the steps:

   1. Download amq-broker-operator-7.10.0-ocp-install-examples-rhel8.zip [2]
   2. extract it
   3. cd examples/deploy/
   4. oc new-project amq1
   5. sh install_opr.sh

   -> Failed to pull the operator image
