Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 6.x
- VMware ESXi 6.7
Issue
- On ESXi VMware 6.7 getting following errors while deploying RHEL8.5 system over the network using Red Hat Satellite 6.x
[1] EXT4-fs error (device dm-0): ext4_find_entry:1446: inode #1841: comm systemd: reading directory lblock 0
[2] Failed to start switch root
Warning: /dev/root does not exist
[3] Generating `/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt`
Buffer I/O error on dev dm-0, logical block 786416, async page read

Configure RHEL 8.5 with
