Unable to migrate or unshelve an instance with duplicate connectors error

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Host-evacuate on a physical compute node was attempted and all were able to migrate but one of the instances is giving an error while trying to migrate
  • Unshleve operation for a sheleved instance failed
  • duplicate connectors detected on volume error is shown on nova-compute.log in the compute node
