Unable to migrate or unshelve an instance with duplicate connectors error
Issue
- Host-evacuate on a physical compute node was attempted and all were able to migrate but one of the instances is giving an error while trying to migrate
- Unshleve operation for a sheleved instance failed

duplicate connectors detected on volumeerror is shown on nova-compute.log in the compute node2022-01-01 09:40:31.772 7 ERROR nova.volume.cinder [req-aaaaaaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaaaaaaaaaa - - - default default] Update attachment failed for attachment aaaaaaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaaaaaaaaaa.
