NOTE. This information describes configuration changes which are not fully supported.

  • [workarounds]/rbd_volume_local_attach and [workarounds]/disable_native_luksv1 are no longer needed in RHOSP 17 on RHEL 9 (in this document RHOSP 17 is used to describe this setup for simplicity) because performance problems within the libgcrypt and librbd libraries were addressed. Should they be set to false during upgrade to RHOSP 17?
