    ProxyConfigControllerDegraded: failed to reach endpoint("https://oauth-openshift.apps.cluster.example.com/healthz") missing in NO_PROXY(".cluster.local,.example.net,.svc,[...],api-int.cluster.example.com,localhost") with error: Get "https://oauth-openshift.apps.cluster.example.com/healthz": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
    
    ProxyConfigControllerDegraded: failed to reach endpoint("https://oauth-openshift.apps.cluster.example.com/healthz") missing in NO_PROXY(".cluster.local,.example.net,.svc,[...],api-int.cluster.example.com,localhost") with error: Get "https://oauth-openshift.apps.cluster.example.com/healthz": returned 403
