Unable to remove or delete repositories from Red Hat Satellite and failed with error 'update or delete on table "core_remote" violates foreign key constraint'.

Issue

• Why we are unable to remove repositories after upgrading to Satellite to 6.10

• Removing repositories from Red Hat Satellite fails with the below error:
