[RHV] engine-setup fails with "ca.pem is not on a local filesystem" error
Issue
The engine-setup fails with following error
[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Command '/usr/share/ovirt-engine/bin/pki-enroll-pkcs12.sh' failed to execute
In the /var/log/ovirt-engine/setup/ovirt-engine-setup.log is possible to see following error
/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/ca.pem is not on a local filesystem
Cannot sign request
