icedtea-web download missing .jnlp extension

Issue

• The Oracle Forms application URL triggers a download, and the user is prompted to open or save application.jnlp when Oracle Java Web Start is installed. When icedtea-web is installed, the same URL triggers a download application without the .jnlp extension. You have to download the file and manually add the .jnlp extension and run it.
