User synchronization ignored for user federation provider in RH-SSO

Issue

  • When performing changed user sync following message is observed in log : syncChangedUsers for federation provider xxxxx was ignored as it's already in progress
  • "Synchronize changed users" of User federation is always ignored and never initiates the synchronization of changed users.

    • 7.4.x
