Creation of Azure cluster from RHACM fails but cluster is created
Issue
- RHACM hub cluster tries to create a managed cluster in Azure but fails.
- The created cluster is accessible and running.
Environment
- Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2.5
- Azure cloud provider
- Both the RHACM hub cluster and the managed cluster are on the same Network Service Group in Azure.
