Pulp Migration Hangs For Days While Calculating Total Number Of RPMs

Issue

• The Pulp data migration appears hung while calculating the total repository RPMs to be migrated.

• The satellite-maintain content prepare command outputs multiple lines, over the course of days, where the count has not incremented.  Example:
