[RHUI 4] Set up release on client host

Issue

• yum repolist report below error message when client host in use eus or e4s repo from RHUI:

# yum repolist
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos
https://haproxy.linuxone.in/pulp/content/content/eus/rhel/rhui/server/7/7Server/x86_64/highavailability/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found

• How to setup release on client Host using RHUI4?
