OpenShift Container Platform 4 で Kibana のステータスが黄色になり plugin:opendistro_security@6.8.1 Setting up index template エラーが発生している

Issue

• Cluster Logging Stack が自動的に更新された後、kibana でステータスが黄色くなっていることがあります。これは、CLuster Logging バージョン 4.5 以降の使用を開始してから発生しています。
• kibana を再起動すると、使用できなくなり、plugin:opendistro_security@6.8.1 Setting up index template がレポートされます。Kibana status is Yellow in OpenShift 4.5 のソリューションを適用しても効果はありません。
• Kibana status is Yellow in OpenShift 4.5 は、kibana ステータスが黄色になっている問題を解決していないようです。
