Cluster balancing between shards: How can we force the application controllers to re-allocate the sharding so that it is more balanced?
Issue
- Notice that we were getting more OOM errors, but only on one of the application controller pods.
- Clusters are Not dynamically balanced between shards.
- 3 shards but one handling the majority of clusters and hitting OOM errors.
