Why it's not possible to renew the certificates using engine-setup when the manager shows warning about the certificate expiry date

Issue

  • After upgrading to RHV 4.4 SP1, following warning message is reported in RHV events:
Engine's certification is about to expire at 2023-04-12. Please renew the engine's certification.
  • However, when the user ran engine-setup, it didn't give a prompt to renew the certificates.
